| 摘 要： | X射线相干散射成像分析中,能量的分布为一系列同心圆环。准确地确定圆心是精确提取能量谱线的关键。本文采用K均值聚类结合形态学滤波确定内环区域,使用形心法近似确定圆心,对圆心使用标准差内相关运算逼近标准圆心。实验结果证明,该算法实用、有效。
