| 摘 要： | 目的评价经导管肝动脉栓塞化疗（TACE）治疗原发性肝癌（HCC）的并发症。方法回顾性分析126例原发性肝癌患者TACE后出现的并发症。结果126例原发性肝癌患者共行TACE212例次。TACE后并发症包括穿刺部位疼痛或血肿136例次（64.15%）,发热68例次（32.08%）,异位栓塞17例次（8.02%）,急性肝衰竭2例次（0.9%）。结论原发性肝癌TACE后的主要并发症为穿刺部位疼痛或血肿,其次为发热和异位栓塞。严重并发症直接影响患者的预后,应重视并预防其发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the complications of transcatherter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).Methods The complications of 126 patients with HCC were retrospectively analyzed.Results The TACE was conducted for 212 times for 126 patients with HCC.The recent severe complications of TACE included local pain or hematoma (136/212,64.15%),fever(68/212,32.08%),ectopic embolization (17/212,8.02%),acute liver failure (2/212,0.94%).Conclusion The complications of TACE for HCC are local pain or hematoma,and the next are fever and ectopic embolization.These sever complications will directly influence the prognosis so that they should be noticed and prevented. |
