空气压缩雾化吸入细辛脑注射液治疗儿童哮喘急性发作的疗效观察与护理

目的探讨细辛脑注射液空气压缩雾化吸入治疗儿童哮喘急性发作的疗效及护理。方法选取2006年6月-2007年6月我院门诊及住院治疗的哮喘急性发作患儿30例，随机分成两组，分别雾化吸入细辛脑注射液（细辛脑组）或喘乐宁（喘乐宁组），并由专科护士施以雾化吸入相关护理。观察两组治疗后的呼吸、心率、血压及治疗后10min、20min最大的呼气峰流速（PEFR）。结果治疗后20min细辛脑组PEFR绝对增加值明显高于喘乐宁组（t=1．82，P〈0．05），治疗后10min、20minPEFR增加百分比明显高于喘乐宁组（t=2．14、2．34，P〈0．05）。细辛脑组吸入治疗后无1例病儿出现血压下降等不良反应。结论空气压缩雾化吸入细辛脑注射液治疗儿童哮喘急性发作比雾化吸入喘乐宁有更好的效果，副作用少。

Curative Effect Observation of Compression Atomizing Inhalation of Asarone Injection in Treating Acute Asthma Attack in Children and the Nursing

Objective To discuss the curative effect of compression atomizing inhalation of asarone injection in treating acute asthma attack in children and the nursing. Methods 30 children with acute asthma attack were randomly divided into 2 groups ： group of asarone injection inhalation and group of salbutamol inhalation, and professional nursing related to inhalation was performed ; respiration, heart beat, blood pressure of the children in beth group were observed as well as PEFR at 10 minutes and 20 minutes after treatment. Results The absolute increase values of PEFR at 10 minutes and 20 minutes in group of asarone injection group were much higher than those in group of salbutamol inhalation （ t = 1.82, P 〈 0. 05 ） as well as the increase percentage of PEFR （ t = 2, 14, P 〈0. 05 ） , no such side effect as blood pressure decrease was found in group of asarone injection inhalation. Conclusions Compression atomizing inhalation of asarone injection is of better effect and less side effect in treating acute asthma attack in children than salbutamol inhalation.
