采用隐蔽式切口行早期乳癌保乳手术28例分析

目的探讨经乳房周围隐蔽式切口对早期乳癌手术的效果。方法2001-11-2004-06,对28例肿块直径≤2.0 cm,乳房周围性肿块选择经乳房周围腋窝和（或）乳房下缘乳沟沿皮肤褶皱等隐蔽式切口入路进行保留乳房的乳癌切除术。结果手术后皮下积液者6例,经每日抽吸积液,积液消失。上肢水肿者2例。无切口感染、皮瓣坏死等并发症。保留的乳房形态良好,切口隐蔽,术后效果患者满意。术后随访6个月-3年,平均11个月,有1例死于肿瘤复发、转移,其余未发现复发及转移迹象。结论经乳房周围隐蔽式切口对早期乳癌行保乳手术效果肯定,病人生活质量提高。

Conservative Operation of Breast Cancer with Concealment Incision

Objective To discuss the effect of concealment incision for early breast cancer.Methods 28 cases of such patient whose mass less than 2cm from November 2001 to June 2004 were performed the concealment incision operation with conservation of breast.The incision was at axillary or mammary groove.Results There were 6 cases of exudation subcutaneously who recovered after suction and 2 cases upper limbs swell.No severe side effect happened.The shape of breast was satisfied.1 case had dead of relapse of tumor.The data of metastasis is follow-up(11 months in average) 6 months to 3 years.Conclusion This method might be certain in curative effect and improve the life quality of patient.
