微柱凝胶技术在输血血型配伍应用中的研究

摘    要:目的探讨微柱凝胶技术在输血血型配伍方面的应用价值。方法就我院2008~2009年需输血的患者用微柱凝胶技术进行交叉配血,同时用聚凝胺交叉配血法进行对照比较,分析结果。结果在493例交叉配血中有7例主侧交叉不合,11例次侧不合。其中7例主侧不合样本中,4例检测出抗A或抗B,3例发现有效凝块;次侧发生不合者,直接抗人球蛋白实验阳性或弱阳性,抗体筛查阴性,两组差异具有统计学意义(χ2=15.04,P0.01)。结论微柱凝胶法比聚凝胺法进行血型配伍有着更高的灵敏度。

Abstract:Objective Micro-gel blood transfusion compatibility in terms of the application.Methods To analyze our hospital in 2008 to 2009 patients required blood transfusion technology with micro-gel cross-matching of blood,while with polybrene cross matching method for comparison,analysis.Results Cross matching of blood in 493 cases in seven cases of primary side of the cross-sub, 11 cases side of the sub.7 cases in which the primary side of the sub-sample,four cases of detected anti-A or anti-B,3 patients were found effective clot; Second side of irregμLarities by a direct antiglobμLin test positive or weakly positive, negative antibody screening.The chi-square test,the difference was significant (χ2=15.04,P0.01).Conclusion Microcolumn gel method than polybrene compatible blood type has a higher sensitivity.
