| 摘 要： | 应用氢化可的松可致的小鼠免疫功能低下，喂黄芪可使免疫功能低下鼠的免疫功能恢复接近正常。淋巴细胞转化率上升，溶血性空斑形成数和溶血素产生水平升高，总补体水平和补体解免疫复合物活性上升。

| Abstract: | The effects of Astragalus membranaceus Bunge (AMB) on immunological function of mice with low immunological function were studied.The results showed that the plaque forming cell and total complement of the mice were increased significantly after two weeks of treatment.However,the Con A induced lymphocyte blastogenesis,hemolysin formation capacity and the complement mediated immune complex solubilizing capacity of the experiment group were not different from that of the control group obviously. |
