| 摘 要： | 龙蚁清风抗风湿浓缩颗粒治疗类风湿性关节炎30例,用甲氨碟呤(methotrexate MTX)治疗的30例进行对照,进行为期2年的临床研究。观察两组在治疗开始、3个月、6个月、12个月、15个月、18个月、21个月、24个月关节疼痛数、肿胀数、病情活动度DAS(disease activity score)变化,检测血常规、血沉(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、类风湿因子(RF)、免疫球蛋白(IgM),每个月检查1次肝肾功能。研究结果证明龙蚁清风抗风湿浓缩颗粒能显著改善RA病人ESR、CRP、IgM、DAS值,在提升RA病人血红蛋白含量、红细胞计数,降低血小板计数方面,明显优于MTX。经过2年观察未发现该药有明显肝肾、血液、胃肠道毒副作用,表明纯中药制剂龙蚁清风抗风湿浓缩颗粒是疗效显著,且无明显的毒副作用,可以长期服用的抗RA药物。
