同伴教育模式在医学留学生外科临床实习中的作用

摘    要:目的探讨外科临床实习中同伴教育模式对留学生教育的影响。方法通过分析留学生教学、外科临床实习和同伴教育模式的特点,探索同伴教育模式对留学生外科学实习的作用。结果同伴教育模式可以增强留学生实习过程中的适应性、理解能力、沟通能力及临床技能。结论 同伴教育模式对留学生外科学实习教学具有明显的促进作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of peer-education model on international stu-dents in surgery clinical practice.Methods The features of the teaching of international students,surgery clinical practice and peer-education model were analyzed,and the effect of peer-education model to international students was explored.Results In this course,the adaptability,understanding,communication ability and clinical skills were reinforced to international students in the clinical prac-tice.Conclusion Peer-education model has a positive effect on surgery clinical practice of interna-tional students.
