| 摘 要： | 目的分析胸部影像学诊断中的漏诊原因,以提高诊断准确率。方法54例中胸部X线片检查漏诊40例,CT检查漏诊14例。纠正诊断方法：复诊检查35例,重新阅片19例。结果漏诊原因有：观察不仔细,或对征象认识不足14例;设备的局限性及病灶过小13例;病变生长部位隐蔽6例,多病灶的相互重迭4例,病灶与体外异物重迭3例;未采取其他检查技术深入检查或定期复查而漏诊5例;其他原因9例。结论提高诊断准确率,必须正确应用各项检查技术,具备全面的专业知识,正确思路,谨慎分析,必要时进行深入检查及适时复查。
