| 摘 要： | 以放射免疫分析法测定了38例多系统脏器衰竭(MSOF)患者和42例健康正常人血浆胃动素(MTL)浓度.结果显示:MSOF患者危重期血浆MTL浓度较恢复期和正常对照组明显升高(P值均<0.01),而MSOF(正恢复期与正常对照组相比,则无显著性差异(P>0.05);随着衰竭脏器数目的增多,MTL浓度也随之增高(P>0.01);MSOF组中合并有中枢神经系统功能衰竭、胃肠功能衰竭、肝功能衰竭的患者MTL水平明显高于不合并上述系统脏器衰竭者(P<0.01),死亡组亦明显高于生存组(P

| Abstract: | Plasma motilins were determined in 38 patients with multiple system organ failure (MSOF) and in 42 normal subjects by radioimmunoassay. The results showed that the plasma motilin of MSOF patients in critical stage was significantly higher than that in convalescent stage and that in the control (P<0. 01). A comparsion bet-neen convalescent stage and the control was not significantly different (P>0. 05) Higher was plasma motilin level more were failure organ. Plasma motilin levels were significantly high in MSOF with faiure of central nervous system, gastrointestinal tract, liver, and in the death group. Plasma level of motilin in MSOF patients had a positive correlation with the severity scores of disease. The mechanism of the elevation and clinical significance of plasma motilin level in patients with MSOF are discussed. |
