瘦素、脂联素与妊高征的关系分析

目的:探讨瘦素、脂联素与妊娠期高血压疾病的相关性。方法:选取孕周为22～28周的36例妊娠期高血压疾病患者作为观察组,分别在22、24、26、28周,应用放射免疫法测定外周血中的瘦素、脂联素水平,并以36例孕周为22～28周的正常妊娠妇女为对照组进行分析。结果:观察组外周血瘦素浓度较对照组明显增加(P<0.05),但妊娠期高血压疾病患者各孕周之间瘦素浓度的差异无显著性;血清瘦素水平与收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)水平呈正相关。观察组外周血脂联素的水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05),血清脂联素水平与收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)水平呈负相关。结论:瘦素和脂联素与妊娠期高血压疾病的发生、发展有密切关系,表现为高瘦素血症、低脂联素血症,可以通过检测外周血中瘦素和脂联素的含量来及时发现妊娠期高血压疾病,以便采取相应的诊治措施。

Leptin and Adiponectin and Vteruses for Analyzing the Relation between High

Objective:Objective explore lepton,adiponectin and pregnancy hypertension syndrome relationship.Methods:random selection,gestational week: 22-28 week,first discovered pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome patients without primary hypertension history,36 cases.observation group.Random selection,gestational week: 22-28 week,36 normal pregnant women,as compared to a control group.Two groups of pregnant women age,weight,no differences,are the first pregnancy.In 22,24,26,28 weeks,application of radioimmunoassay method monitoring peripheral blood lepton,adiponectin concentration.Monitoring respectively 22,24,26,28 week basic status blood pressure.Application SPSS15.0 software comparative analysis the two groups data.Results:peripheral blood lepton concentrations,the observation group and the control group there was a significant difference between,the observation group increased significantly,with statistical significance(P<0.05),no significant difference between gestational weeks.Serum lepton concentration and systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP) levels were positively correlated.Peripheral serum adiponectin level,the observation group and the control group there was a significant difference between,the observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05),serum adiponectin levels and systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP) levels are inversely related to.Conclusion:lepton and adiponectin with pregnancy hypertension syndrome occurs,development has the close relation,manifestations of hyperleptinemia,hypoadiponectinemia,can be detected in peripheral blood lepton and adiponectin,timely detection of pregnancy hypertension syndrome,adopt corresponding treatment measures.
