长骨干血管瘤瘤段切除自体骨移植术的临床应用

目的探讨长骨干血管瘤瘤段切除后自体髂骨重建的效果。方法回顾性分析9例长骨干血管瘤的影像学、临床表现及瘤段切除后自体骨重建的效果。结果平均随访36月,9例患者均无瘤生存,X线片检查显示全部患者长骨截骨区域均已骨性融合,平均融合时间为5月(3-8月)。术后6月MSTS 93功能评分平均为78.3%(67.2%～90.1%);术后2年MSTS 93功能评分平均为92.7%(82.6%～99.2%)。结论彻底切除长骨干血管瘤、重建骨稳定性是手术成功的关键。

Treatment of hemangiomas of shaft of long tubular bones with autograft

Objective To study the autogenous bone graft treatment outcomes in hemangioma of the shaft of long tubular bones.Methods Nine patients with hemangioma at the shaft of long tubular bones were investigated retrospectively.After bone excision,the segmental loss was replaced by a bone autograft.Patients were reviewed clinically and with radiographs.Results The mean follow-up was 36 month.No recurrence was observed in the patients.Primary union of autologous grafts in the shaft of long tubular bones was reported on X-ray.The mean time was 5 months（3-8 months）.Nine patients were functionally evaluated according to Ermeking′s MSTS criteria in 1993.The average MSTs functional score was an average of 78.3%（67.2%~90.1%） of a normal function for all patients at 6 months postoperatively,and 92.7%（82.6%~99.2%） for 2 years with follow up.Conclusion Complete removal of hemangioma of the shaft of long tubular bones and reconstruction of the bone stability are the key to successful operation.
