老年性股骨粗隆间骨折合并糖尿病围术期的观察及护理

目的 探讨老年性股骨粗隆间骨折合并糖尿病围术期护理的重要性,提高手术治疗的效果.方法 26例需要手术治疗的股骨粗隆间骨折合并糖尿病的老年患者,时其术前进行心理、饮食、牵引、皮肤护理,床上术前训练及血糖监测控制；术后密切观察病情,进行疼痛的护理及并发症的预防.结果 患者均无并发症发生,血糖控制稳定,未延误手术.术后病情稳定,如期拆线并治愈出院,手术效果满意.结论 相应的护理能保证手术的顺利进行,提高手术治疗的效果,减少了并发症,也提高了患者的生活质量.

Perioperative observation and nursing care on senile intertrochanteric fractures complicating diabetes mellitus

Objective To explore the importance of perioperative care in senile intertrochanteric fractures complicating diabetes mellitus for improving the surgical effect.Methods 26 senile cases of intertrochanteric fractures complicating diabetes mellitus were performed the preoperative psychological care,diet nursing,traction nursing,skin care,preoperative bed training and blood glucose monitoring control.The close observation on disease condition,pain nursing and prevention of complications were carried out after operation.Results 26 cases had no complications with stable control of blood glucose and without delaying operation.The postoperative conditions were stable.The stitches were removed in time and all cases were discharged from hospital with recovery and satisfactory effects.Conclusion The relevant nursing care ensures the operation smoothly performing,improves the surgical effect,reduces the complications and improves the quality of life of the patients.
