针刺结合微波治疗面神经麻痹

目的:观察针刺结合微波治疗面神经麻痹的临床疗效。方法:120例面神经麻痹患者随机分为两组。对照组口服泼尼松龙、维生素B1、维生素B6、地巴唑。治疗组在此基础上加用针刺和微波。结果:治疗组痊愈率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),痊愈疗程也明显短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:在常规西药治疗的基础上,加用针刺结合微波照射治疗面神经麻痹,能提高临床疗效,并明显缩短痊愈疗程,值得临床进一步推广。

Objective:Observation the of acupuncture combined with microwave treatment facial palsy the clinical curative effect of.Methods:120 Cases of facial palsy patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group oral prednisolone,vitamin B1,vitamin B6,bathiazole.The treatment group based on this add with acupuncture and microwave.Results:The treatment group healed rate was obviously higher than that in control group(P <0.05),and healed treatment also obviously shorter than in control group(P <0.01).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional western medicine therapy,add with acupuncture combined with microwave radiation therapy facial palsy,can improve the clinical curative effect,and significantly shortened recovery treatment,and should be recommended for a winder use.
