INF-γ影响豚鼠嗜肺军团菌感染后生化指标改变的实验研究

摘    要:目的:观察INF-γ对豚鼠1型军团菌感染后生化指标改变的影响作用。方法:将豚鼠制成1型嗜肺军团菌感染的模型,随机分成两组,即感染后对照组和感染后治疗组,治疗组给予肌注INF-γ。观察各时间段两组豚鼠血清CPK、AST、ALT、AKP、BUN、Cr和LDH水平。结果:治疗组豚鼠CPK水平均明显低于对照组,部分AST、AKP、BUN、Cr和LDH水平低于对照组。结论:外源性INF-γ对感染1型嗜肺军团菌豚鼠的肝肾功能有明显的保护作用。

Abstract:Objective: To study the effect of INF-γ on biochemistry of Legionnaire pneumophila pneumonia sergroup 1 in guinea pigs. Methods: The guinea pigs infected with Legionella pneumophila sergroup 1 were randomly divided into two groups, the treated and the control, and the former were treated with INF-γ.In two groups,Serum CPK、AST、ALT、AKP、BUN、Cr and LDH were observed. Results Serum CPK were distinctly lighter in the treated than that in the control, Serum AST、AKP 、BUN、Cr and LDH were partly lighter in the former group. Conclusion This study shows that exogenous INF-γcan evidently protect the liver and renal function of guinea pigs infected with Legionella pneumophila sergroup 1.
