| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨心理干预对伴有负性情绪糖尿病患者的治疗作用。方法 将 12 0例糖尿病患者随机分为干预组 6 0例 ,对照组 6 0例 ,对照组单用药物治疗 ,干预组加用心理干预 ,均于干预前后进行焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表 (SDS)评定 ,并测空腹血糖 (FBG)及餐后 2小时血糖 (PBG)。结果 心理干预组的SAS和SDS评分明显低于对照组 ,FBG和PBG减分干预组高于对照组。讨论 心理干预治疗能帮助糖尿病患者缓解负性情绪 ,更好的控制血糖 ,临床中应予重视。

The effect of psychological intervention in treating the diabetic patients with negative emotion |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of psychological intervention in treating the diabetic patients with negative emotion.Methods 120 diabetic were randomly divided into treatment group ( n =60) and control group ( n =60).The patients of control group were only treated with drugs,and the patients of treatment group were treated with drugs and the psychological intervention.They were evaluated with SAS and SDS before and after treatment.The FBG and PBG were determined.Results The scores of SAS and SDS in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group after treatment.The decreased scores of FBG and PBG in treatment group were higher than those in control group.Conclusion The psychological intervention may alleviate the negative emotion of diabetic,better control blood sugar,and should be paid attention to. |
