| 摘 要： | 核因子I(Nfi)家族具有DNA结合蛋白特异结合位点,在动物生理学、生物化学和病理学上起着重要的作用,参与调控DNA复制和基因表达,Nfi蛋白与细胞生长状态变化、致癌过程和疾病状态均有密切关系.其中,Nfic是核因子家族的一员,大量实验研究发现其参与多种信号通路,本文总结了近来关于Nfic的主要研究方向,进一步探讨Nfic在各信号通路内的作用及相互联系.

| Abstract: | The Nuclear factor I (Nil) family has specific binding sites of DNA-binding proteins.They play an important role in animal physiology,biochemistry,and pathology,and in regulation of DNA replication and gene expression.Nfi proteins are also related to cell growth,carcinogenesis and status of diseases.Many studied showed that Nfic,as a member of the Nfi family,involves in various signaling pathways.This article reviews the literature regarding Nfic in recent years and discusses the role of Nfic in signaling pathways and their intercommtnication. |
