参芎注射液治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察

目的探讨参芎注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将130例急性脑梗塞患者随机分为2组,对照组60例,给予常规治疗加磷酸川芎嗪注射液;治疗组70例,给予常规治疗加参芎注射液,疗程2周,比较2组血液流变学变化及神经功能缺损。结果治疗组的总显效率64.29%,对照组51.67%,2组疗效差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;和对照组相比,治疗组治疗2周后ESS评分明显增高,血液黏度降低,红细胞沉降率减慢（P〈0.05）。结论参芎注射液能有效改变急性脑梗死患者的的血液流变学指标,改善神经功能,其作用优于单一的川芎嗪注射液。

Effect of liguspyragine hydrochloride and glucose injection on acute cerebral ischemia

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of liguspyragine hydrochloride and glucose injection on acute cerebral ischemia.Methods A total of 130 patients with acute cerebral ischemia were randomly divided into a control group（60 patients）and the treatment group（70 patients）.The control group were treated with ligustrazine phosphate and glucose injection combined with conventional therapy,while the treatment group were given liguspyragine hydrochloride and glucose injection.The total period of treatment was 14 days.Hemorheological indexes were determined and neurological functional deficit score was assessed before and after the treatment.Results The total significant efficiency in the treatment group was 64.29%,higher than that in the control group（51.67%）.The European Stroke Seate（ESS）score was upregulated,the whole viscosity was deceased and the erythrocyte sedimentation rate was slower in the treatment group.Conclusion Liguspyragine hydrochloride and glucose injection can effectively ameliorate the hemorheological index,which may contribute to the recovery of nerve function.The effect of liguspyragine hydrochloride and glucose injection is better than that of ligustrazine phosphate and glucose injection.
