| 摘 要： | 探讨自身免疫性肝病与慢性乙型肝病的超声表现的异同点,通过单因素、非条件Logistic回归测得AIH与CHB在性别、肝脏大小方面,存在明显差别(P<0.001);中晚期PBC与乙肝肝硬化超声表现在肝脏大小、肝脏回声(P<0.001、P=0.047)方面存在明显差异。AIH与CHB,PBC与乙肝肝硬化超声表现不同。

| Abstract: | To investigate the similarities and differences in ultrasonographic images between autoimmune liver disease(AILD) and chronic viral hepatitis B(CVHB).Single factor analysis and non-conditional logistic regression analysis were conducted to determine the statistical differences.There are significant differences in sex and liver size between the patients with AILD and those with CVHB(P<0.001).Meanwhile,marked differences are found in liver size and liver echo between the patients with moderate-and late-stage primary biliary cirrhosis and those with liver cirrhosis due to hepatitis.(P<0.0001,P=0.047).The ultrasonic character of AIH is apparently different from that of CHB.The difference also exists between PBC and viral liver cirhrosis B. |
