| 摘 要： | 本文对103例眼眶内肿瘤患者进行临床分析,其中51例有术后随访。103例中以泪腺肿瘤发病最高,次为血管瘤,再次为假性肿瘤。随访51例中良性肿瘤35例,随访5年以上者19例,复发者6例;恶性肿瘤6例中2例复发,5例术后2年内死亡;假性肿瘤10例中,随访5年以上者9例,1例复发,2例眼球萎缩,1例死亡。

| Abstract: | 103 cases of intraocular tumors have been studied and analysed for their therapeutic effects.They were all hospitalized patients during Jan.1964 to June 1981.1.4% of the total were admitted as ophthalmic patients in the same period. According to the analysis,the highest incidence in our series is lacrimal gland tumors(23 cases),the second is angioma(21 cases),and the third is pseudo tumors(18 cases). 51 cases among the 103 had been followed up.Among them 35 are benign tumors,10 are pseudo tumors,6 are malignant ones. |
