| 摘 要： | 目的观察剖宫产术后硬膜外镇痛对产妇泌乳的影响。方法将180例剖宫产术后产妇随机分为两组，实验组90例，采用术后硬膜外导管连接镇痛泵注入镇痛药液（100ml复合液中含芬太尼100ug，氟哌利多2．5mg，0．75％布比卡因20ml）。对照组90例，术后疼痛时给予肌注哌替啶。结果观察组产妇较对照组泌乳时间早24h。哺乳次数多（P〈0．05）。结论剖宫产术后硬膜外镇痛更有利于产妇泌乳。
