成年癫痫患者生活质量的研究

目的探讨成年癫痫患者的生活质量(QOL)及其影响因素。方法采用癫痫患者生活质量量表-31(QOLIE-31)对68例临床确诊的成年癫痫患者和40名正常对照者进行评定。结果QOLIE-31评分癫痫组(53.7±16.8)分]较对照组(77.3±15.6)分]明显降低(P<0.01)。不同性别、病程、用药数量及发作频率的患者比较,性别及病程方面差异无显著性(P>0.05),单药较多药治疗者QOL分高(P<0.05),高发作频率较中、低发作频率者QOL分低(P<0.05)。相关分析显示QOL与用药数量呈负相关(P<0.01),与发作频率呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论成年癫痫患者QOL明显降低。用药和发作频率对QOL影响较大,合适的药物控制痫性发作是提高成年癫痫患者QOL的关键。

Study on the quality of life in adults with epilepsy

ObjectiveTo evaluate the quality of life and influenced factors in adults with epilepsy. Methods68 adults with epilepsy and 40 healthy people as control were studied and tested by using QOLIE-31. ResultsCompared with control group, QOL score was lower in epileptic group (P<0.01). Comparing the QOL of patients between different sexes, duration of seizure, AEDs taken and seizure freguency.Single AED and secondary/low seizure frequency respectively had more QOL than multiple AEDs and higher seizure frequency(P< 0.05).No difference in QOL of patients between different sexes and duration of seizure(P>0.05).Above data show QOL was negatively associated with the number of the AEDs taken and their seizure frequency. ConclusionQOL was lower in adults with epilepsy. Medication and seizure freguency play an important role. Adequate medication to control the attack of seizures is a key to improve the QOL in adults with epilepsy.
