| 摘 要： | 目的探讨疏血通注射液对凝血功能的影响。方法随机将92例下肢深静脉血栓形成患者分为观察组和对照组各46例。观察组应用疏血通治疗2周,对照组应用低分子肝素治疗2周,观察治疗前后凝血指标:凝血酶原时间、部分凝血活酶时间、国际标准化比值及纤维蛋白原的变化。结果观察组应用疏血通治疗2周后,患者凝血指标发生变化:凝血酶原时间和部分凝血活酶时间延长,纤维蛋白原含量降低(P<0.05)。结论疏血通注射液可影响凝血功能,应用疏血通注射液抗凝预防血栓安全、有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of Shuxuetong injection on coagulation function. Methods 92 cases with deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremity were randomly divided into Shuxuetong group and control group including 46 cases respectively. Shuxuetong group was treated with Shuxuetong injection. Control group was treated with low molecular weight heparin. The changes of coagulation indexes (PT,APTT,INR,FIB) were observed before and after treatment. Results After injecting Shuxuetong injection for two weeks,The changes of coagulation indexes include: APTT,PT were prolonged,and the content of fibrinogen descended. Conclusion Shuxuetong injection can affect coagulation function and it is effective and safe in inhibiting coagulation activity to prevent thrombosis. |
