摘    要:①目的 观察盐浓度对人血清碱性磷酸酶 (HSAP)活性的影响。②方法 应用磷酸苯二钠法分别测定不同浓度的NaCl,NaH2 PO4及MgCl2 存在下的HSAP活性。③结果 NaCl浓度小于 0 .4mol/L时HSAP活性降低 ,大于 0 .4mol/L时对其活性无影响 ;NaH2 PO4浓度在 1.0mol/L之内使HSAP活性增加 ;而MgCl2 浓度小于0 .4mol/L时使HSAP活性增加 ,大于 0 .4mol/L其活性降低。④结论 低浓度的NaCl对HSAP有抑制作用 ;NaH2 PO4对HSAP有激活作用 ;低浓度的MgCl2 对HSAP有激活作用 ,高浓度的MgCl2 对HSAP有抑制作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of salt concentration on the activity of human serum alkaline phosphatase (HSAP). Methods By using the method of disodium phenyl orthophosphate, HSAP activity was measured in the presence of NaCl,NaH 2PO 4 and MgCl 2 solutions with different concentration. Results HSAP activity decreased when the concentration of NaCl was lower than 0.4 mol/L, but no effect was observed when the concentration of NaCl was higher than 0.4 mol/L. HSAP activity increased when NaH 2PO 4 level was lower than 1.0 mol/L;but HSAP activity increased when the concentration of MgCl 2 was lower than 0.4 mol/L,and decreased when the concentration was higher than 0.4 mol/L. Conclusion HSAP activity is inhibited in low concentration of NaCl; NaH 2PO 4 can activate HSAP activity. Low concentration of MgCl 2 can activate HSAP activity while high concentration of MgCl 2 inhibits HSAP activity.
