外固定支架治疗长骨骨折临床疗效观察

目的 探讨外固定支架在骨科的临床应用价值。方法 采用单侧多功能外固定支架治疗长骨骨折52例。结果 全部病例均得到随访。随访时间0．5-4a，优46例，良4例。差2例。优良率达96％。结论 外固定支架符合生物力学原理。操作简便，调节灵活，使骨愈合速度加快。适应证广泛，尤其适用于严重开放性长骨骨折。

Application of external fixation in orthopaedics surgery

[Objective] To study the clinical value of a external fixation in th e treatment of fractures. [Methods] 52 patients with fractures of long bones o f limbs were all treated by external fixation. [Results] All patients were fol lowed within half year to 4 years and had good result. The excellent rate is 98% with excellent result in 46 cases and good result in 4 cases and not good resul t in 2 cases. [Conclusions] The external fixation is effective and simple with extensive accommodation according with the principle of biological mechanics, w hich can be used in severe and open fractures.
