多发性乳房肿块麦默通微创切除术35例分析

目的探讨超声引导下麦默通微创切除术对多发性乳腺肿块的治疗价值。方法35例共213枚乳房多发性肿块在B超“十字交叉法”引导下,行麦默通微创旋切术。术后3个月体检及B超评价疗效。结果所有肿块均在超声引导下完整切除,术后乳房仅有一红点。多发性肿块切除术耗时较长1小时以上。术后10例患者出现局部青紫,2个月后消褪;7例患者术后出现乳头溢血,1个月后自然痊愈;术后3个月体检及超声检查无肿块复发。结论超声引导下麦默通乳腺肿块微创切除术对多发性乳腺肿块疗效好、微创优势明显,值得推广。

Mammotome minimally invasive operation for multiple breast lesions

Objective To assess the value of ultrasound-guided Mammotome mi nimally invasive biopsy system (MMIBS) in treatment of multiple breast lesions. Methods 213 breast lesions in 35 patients were excised using MMIBS guided by decussation process B-mode ultrasound. The therapeutic effect of MMIBS were as sessed by clinic and B-ultrasound after 3 months. Results 213 breast lesions in 35 patients were excised completely by mammotome system,no recurrence was fou nd postoperation 3 months. Only one red spot was left on skin of breast. Total e xcision of multiple breast lesions was achieved by taking more than one hour. Sl ight subcutaneous ecchymosis was found in 10 patients and disappeared after 2 mo nths. Suffusion of nipple was found in 7 patients and disappeared after 1 month. Conclusion For multiple breast lesions, MMIBS were high therapeutic effect an d significant minimally invasive and worth recommended.
