| 摘 要： | 目的探讨甲状腺乳头状癌形态学特点,进而与其他甲状腺疾病做鉴别。方法对我院2005年至2011年收治的38例甲状腺乳头状癌标本进行分析,做常规病理检查,并采用光镜对其做形态学结构观察。结果甲状腺乳头状癌的主要形态学特点为乳头状和毛玻璃样核为主要形态学特征,其他形态学特征有核体积增大、核重叠、核沟、核内假包涵以及砂粒体等。结论甲状腺乳头状癌为异常增生的乳头状结构伴有毛玻璃样核的常见肿瘤。

| Abstract: | Objective Investigate the morphological features of papillary thyroid carcinoma,and thus the differential with other thyroid diseases.Methods Our hospital from 2005 to 2011 treated 38 cases of papillary thyroid carcinoma specimens were analyzed for routine pathological examination,and by light microscopy for morphological observation.Results Thyroid papillary carcinoma of the main morphological features for papillary and ground-glass opacity nuclear as the main morphological features,other morphological characteristics of the increase in size,a nuclear nuclear overlap,nuclear ditch,the nuclear fake sand inclusion and body,etc.Conclusion Thyroid papillary carcinoma is unusually proliferous papillary structure with ground-glass opacity of nuclear common tumors. |
