脑干出血的临床特点、CT和MRI及预后评估

目的探讨脑干出血的原因,临床特点,CT及MRI表现,治疗及预后情况。方法回顾性分析40例患者,对其病因,临床表现和CT或MRI影像学改变进行分析。结果本病多见于60岁以上老人,以高血压、动脉硬化为主要原因,以突发性眩晕、头疼呕吐为发病的主要症状,头颅CT和MRI检查可确诊。预后与患者年龄、出血量、出血部位、意识状态等多种因素密切相关。结论高血压、动脉硬化是本病的主要病因,CT和MRI扫描可及时准确诊断。临床上根据患者的综合情况采取不同的救治策略有助于提高疗效,改善预后,出血部位、出血量大小是判断预后的关键。

The Clinical Features, CT, MRI and Prognostic Evaluation of Brainstem Hemorrhage

Objective To explore the cause,clinical,CT and MRI feature,treatment and prognosis of brainstem hemorrhage.Methods The etiology,clinical manifestations and CT or MRI imaging changes of 40 case with brainstem hemorhage were retrospectively analyzed.Results Brainstem hemorrhage offen occurs in the more than 60 years old,usually with hypertension or arterioscleros,sudden dizziness,headache and vomiting as the major symptoms and was confirmed by brain CT and MRI examination.Prognosis was closely related to many factors,such as the patient age,the amount of bleeding,the bleeding site,the state of consciousness and so on.Conclusion Hypertension,arteriosclerosis were the main cause of brainstem hemorhage,CT and MRI scanning can be rapidly and accuratly diagnosed.different therapy strategies were taken according to the general situations of patients to help to improve the curative effect and prognosis.The site of bleeding,bleeding volume degree were the key to judge the prognosis.
