摘    要:目的:为临床超声诊断提供一个自动化操作平台,提高工作效率、改善诊疗质量、辅助临床决策。方法:按照医学数字成像及通信(DICOM)标准,采用多线程图像数据传输技术及网络集群分布存储技术等先进的软、硬件技术,建立一套适合于医院超声科使用的信息系统。结果:经过数年的改进和完善,其信息系统运行正常,改善了诊疗质量、提高了科室工作效率和服务水平。结论:超声影像传输系统的应用能够优化科室的业务流程、提升诊疗质量,规范超声诊断,提高临床会诊能力。

Abstract:Objective:To construct an automatic platform for ultrasound diagnosis to improve work efficiency and improve the quality of diagnosis,treatment and assisted clinical decision making.Methods:According to the DICOM standard,multi-threaded image data transmission technology,the network cluster distribution storage technology,advanced software and hardware technology and information system,a suitable use of the ultrasound division system was established.Results:After several years of continuous improvement and promotion of the current system normal operation,the department work efficiency has been greatly improved to promote treatment quality and service levels.Conclusion:The application of the system can optimize the business processes of the department,improve treatment quality,standardize the diagnosis and improve the capability of clinical consultation.
