通过对美国网络健尿信息服务开展情况的网络调研,对Alexa排名前50的健康信息网站的主体分布、业务配置进行分析,发现美国网络健康信息服务主体性质多样,并且业务开展广泛,对比我国网络信息服务的现状,其不同主体的业务配置根据用户的不同一般都有各自的特点,且有更多新型的服务业务出现的趋势.由此,为我国更好的开展网络健康信息服务提出要建立网络健康信息服务多元主体协作机制；提升网络健康信息资源的质量水平；扩展网络健康信息服务的业务范围三点要求.

The Main Body,Business and Enlightenments of Health Information Services of the Network in America

Through a network research to the American network health information services,the top 50 of Alexa health information websites subject distribution,business configuration were analyzed in this article,founding that the main bodies of the American health information network services are diversity,and business development is more extensive.Compared with our country,the business configuration in different main bodies general all have their own characteristics according to the users’ different,and have a tendency that more new services is appearing.Therefore,for a better development of the network heath information services in our country,this text puts forward several suggestions: to establish network health information services system based on multi-agent cooperation mechanism;to promote the quality of the network health information resource;to extend scope of business of network health information services.
