微量注射泵在糖尿病急症抢救中的应用

目的观察微量注射泵在糖尿病急症抢救中的疗效,改进胰岛素静脉注射方法。方法将60例糖尿病急症病人随机分为实验组和对照组各30例。实验组用微量注射泵持续静脉推注胰岛素,对照组持续静脉滴注胰岛素,观察血糖下降速度及尿酮消除的速度,以及出现低血糖的风险及脑水肿发生情况。结果实验组血糖下降平稳,较对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05);尿酮消失快,且不易反复,治疗6 h后,较对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05);1例低血糖反应发生,没有出现脑水肿。对照组30例中出现6例低血糖反应,2例脑水肿。结论微量注射泵持续静脉推注胰岛素降糖效果平稳,胰岛素用量准确,酮症消失快,不易反复,安全性好。

Application of micro- injection pump in early treatment of diabetes

Objective To observe the application of micro-injection pump in early treatment of diabetes,and improve intravenous injection methods of insulin.Methods 60 emergency case of diabetes were divided into experimental group and control group randomly,30 cases in each group.Patients were given insulin with micro-injection pump in experimental group,but in control group insulin was given by intervenous drop infusion.The decreasing speed of blood glucose and the elimination speed of urine acetone body were observed.The incidences of cerebral edema and hypoglycemia were monitored.(Results The)level of blood glucose decreased steadily,the elimination of urine acetone body was faster without recurring,P<0.05.Hypoglycemia occurred in one case in experimental group and without cerebral edema.But 6 cases with hypoglycemia and 2 cases with cerebral edema in control group.(Conclusions Giving) insulin with micro-injection pump is safe methods with stable effect of decreasing blood glucose and eliminating urine acetone body.
