引导骨再生膜技术在牙槽嵴位点保存的临床疗效观察

摘    要:目的探讨牙周病拔牙后应用引导骨再生膜技术在牙槽嵴位点保存的临床疗效。方法22例32颗具有拔牙适应证的患牙拔除后随机分为植骨组和非植骨组,植骨组即刻在拔牙创窝内填塞羟基磷灰石生物陶瓷骨替代材料,覆盖口腔生物膜,周围软组织松弛后拉拢缝合,严密关闭拔牙创;非植骨组常规处理拔牙创面。结果植骨组16个拔牙位点,牙槽嵴位点骨形成有效位点数为15个,未见明显骨质形成位点1个;非植骨组16个拔牙位点,牙槽嵴位点骨形成有效位点数为9个,未见明显骨质形成位点共7个。结论采用羟基磷灰石生物陶瓷充填骨缺损区同时覆盖生物膜的引导骨再生技术可获得良好的骨引导再生效果。

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect of guided bone regeneration on postextracting socket site preservation in implantology. Methods 22 patients with 32 extracted teeth were randomly divided into ex- perimental group and control group. The experimental group was placed eoralline hydroxyapatite in socket site after extraction while the control group with cotton balls bitten tightly over the socket for half an hour. Results All patients had no adverse symptoms. New bone formation in the coralline hydroxyapatite implanted area in the 3rd month, after 6 months the artificial bone and bone around integrated and the height of the alveolar bone were significantly increased,higher than that of the contral group (P 〈0.05), and the soft tissue healing of the experimental group was better than that of the control group (P 〈0. 05). Conclusion Coralline hydroxyapatite combined with guided bone regeneration technique can have good effect on guiding bone regeneration and repair bone defects.
