循证护理对改善恶性肿瘤患者化疗期间生活质量的研究

目的探讨循证护理对改善恶性肿瘤患者化疗期间生活质量的效果。方法将100例进行化疗的晚期恶性肿瘤患者分为观察组和对照组，各50例，观察组患者行循证护理干预，对照组患者行常规护理，采用QLQ-C30量表评估两组患者护理前后生活质量变化。结果观察组患者的躯体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、认知功能及社会功能评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；而观察组患者疲倦、恶心呕吐、疼痛、呼吸困难及失眠等不良临床症状均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论循证护理是一种理想的护理模式，可有效改善恶性肿瘤患者在化疗期间的生活质量，提高患者对化疗的依从性。

Study on evidence-based care to improve the life quality of patients with malignant during chemotherapy

Objective Evaluation of evidence-based care to improve the life quality of patients with matig nant during chemotherapy. Methods 100 patients with chemotherapy with advanced malignancies were di- vided into observation group and control group with 50 patients respectively. Patients received evidence- based nursing intervention were in the observation group and the patients in control group received routine care. The QLQ-C30 scale score was used to assess the quality of life before and after the change in the pa- tients in two groups. Results The Physical function, role function, emotional function, cognitive function and social function scores for the patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）;but the patients in the observation group had less adverse clinical symptoms like fatigue, nausea and vomiting, pain, breathing difficulties and in- somnia than the patients in control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Con- elusion Evidence-based care is an ideal model of care, which can effectively improve the treatment of pa- tients with malignant during chemotherapy and improve patient＇s compliance with chemotherapy.
