肺癌患者一侧全肺切除术后护理体会

目的探讨肺癌一侧全肺切除术后的护理要点，以掌握此病的更多护理操作及技巧。方法回顾性分析2008年1月-2012年6月新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院1CU和新疆职业病医院ICU行一侧全肺切除术的37例肺癌病例的临床资料，对术后护理，包括呼吸支持与气道管理、液体管理、合理体位及功能锻炼、胸腔闭式引流管的护理、心律失常的预防及护理、术后镇痛镇静、心理护理进行总结和分析。结果37例患者中，术后12例（32．4％）发生并发症，其中心律失常7例（18．9％），肺不张并肺部感染3例（8．1％），急性肺水肿2例（5．4％），经积极治疗及护理均痊愈出院，无一例发生围术期死亡。结论加强单侧全肺切除术患者的术后护理，可以有效地减少术后并发症和降低病死率，是患者术后早日康复的重要保障。

Postoperative nursing of completion pneumonectomy for lung cancer patients

Objective To review the postoperative nursing of completion pneumonectomy for primary lung cancer patients. Methods The clinical data and postoperative nursing experience of completion pneumo- nectomy for 37 cases of lung cancer were analyzed retrospectively from January 2008 to June 2012. Results Postoperative complications occurred in 12 cases （32.4%）, including arrhythmia of 7 cases （18.9%）, atelectasis and pulmonary infection of 3 cases （8.1%）, acute pulmonary edema of 2 case （5.4%）. They were all healed by active heteropathy and nursing care. Conclusion With proper and enhanced postopera- tive nursing care of completion pneumonectomy, the postoperative complications and mortality can be re duced obviously and the early rehabilitation can be guaranteed.
