| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨中药复方川脊片治疗颈椎病的作用机理.方法:采用复方川脊片治疗椎动脉型颈椎病患者50例,疗程一个月,系统观察了患者治疗前后症状体征,同时观察了患者治疗前后TCD的变化.结果:治疗后患者症状体征有明显改善(P＜o.01),椎动脉、基底动脉的Vpeak、Vmin比治疗前明显加快,椎动脉、基底动脉的PI、RI比治疗前明显降低.结论:本中药可能通过改善椎-基底动脉循环的供应从而治疗颈椎病.

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the clinical curative effect of Fufangchuanjipian(FFCJP) on treating Cervical Spondlotic Vertebral Arteriopathy(CSA).Methods:50 cases of CSA were treated with FFCJP. The course of treatment was one month. The symptoms and signs of these cases were observed, at the same time the levels of TCD were measured.Results: The symptoms and signs of these cases were obviously difference before and after treatment(P<0.01). The levels of Vp and Vm were faster than that of before .The levels of PI and RI were slower than that of before.Conclusion:FFCJP can improve microcirculation of vertebral artery and basilar artery to treat CSA. |
