漯河市区蟑螂对常用杀虫剂的抗药性

摘    要:目的了解漯河市区蟑螂对常用杀虫剂的抗药性,指导科学、合理地使用杀虫剂。方法药膜接触法。结果现场采集市区的德国小蠊与敏感品系比较,对高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯和残杀威的抗性系数分别为2.73,13.45,1.84。结论漯河市区德国小蠊对残杀威敏感,对高效氯氰菊酯产生一定程度抗药性,对溴氰菊酯已产生抗药性。

Abstract:Objective]To understand the resistance of cockroach to common insecticides in Luohe urban area,guide the scientific and rational use of insecticides.Methods]The drug-film contact method was adopted.Results]Compare with the susceptible strain,the resistant coefficient to beta-cypermethrin,deltamethrin and propoxur of German cockroach collected from urban area was 2.73,13.45and 1.84,respectively.Conclusion]The German cockroach in Luohe urban area was sensitive to propoxur,had produced resistance to beta-cypermethrin in a certain degree,and had already produced resistance to deltamethrin.
