高频喷射通气抢救新生儿严重呼吸衰竭的体会

目的 改善通气换气功能，纠正低氧血症，提高抢救成功率。方法 将100例患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组进行常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用高频喷射通气纠正呼吸衰竭。结果 对照组45例。死亡15例（33．3％），治疗组55例，死亡5例（9％）。治疗组治愈率明显高于对照组，有显著性差异性（P〈0．01）。结论 高频喷射通气用于抢救新生儿严重呼吸衰竭具有较好的治疗效果。

The treatment experience in the rescue of HIE by high frequency jet ventilation (HFJV)

Objective To explore the elevation of rescue achievement ratio by the improvement of venting gas exchange function and rectification of hypoxemia. Methods The total of 100 neonates with HIE was divided into healing group (55 cases) and control group (45 cases) by random. Control group took conventional therapy and healing group added HFJV that retrieved respiratory failure. Result The death rates of the disease in control group and experiment group were 33.3% and 9%, respectively, There was significantly higher between in the two groups (P<0.01). Conclusion When there are no significantly differences between the two groups such as age, kind of diseases, the rescue achievement ratio is significantly higher in the healing group than the control group (P<0.01). High frequency jet ventilation (HFJV) has better effect on treatment of the patients with HIE.
