应用套筒冠进行牙合重建的临床研究

目的对套筒冠义齿修复牙列重度磨耗导致垂直距离下降患者的临床效果进行评价。方法对7例牙列重度磨耗的患者进行套筒冠义齿修复,共制作套筒冠义齿9件,观察时间3~6个月,追踪患者主观感觉、咀嚼效果、义齿固位、稳定度及颞下颌关节病是否缓解;并通过X线片检查基牙牙周膜情况、基牙牙槽骨高度及游离端牙槽骨高度。结果7例患者套筒冠义齿修复后自我感觉为满意者5例(71.4%),基本满意者2例(28.6%),咀嚼有力者5例(71.4%),义齿固位好,稳定无翘动者7例(100%),颞下颌关节病症状消失者5例(71.4%);X线片显示:所有患者基牙牙周膜无明显异常,基牙牙槽骨及游离端牙槽骨无吸收。结论采用套筒冠对义齿修复牙合重建的患者是可行而有效的。

Prosthetic Effect of Telescope Denture on Severe Tooth Abrade Dentition Defect

Objective To investigat the clinic effects on patients with severe tooth abrade dentition defect after telescopic denture treatment.Methods The number of all patients with telescopic denture in this study is 7.Total 9 telescopic dentures were made.From three to six months after treatment when the patients almost coped with their telescopic dentures,their personal feelings like the fitness,the mastication efficiency,the retention and the stabiliy of denture,the improvement of TMJ and X-ray examination were investigated when callback.Results After treatment,Most patients feel satisfactory in the fitness,the retention and stability of denture,the mastication efficiency and the improvements in TMJ functions.The X-ray examinations show there are no bone absorb in alveolar.Conclusion The patients with severe tooth abrade dentition defect are satisfied with the effects of prosthodontic treatment with telescopic denture.
