社会功能训练对住院男性精神分裂症患者康复效果的影响

目的探讨社会功能训练对住院恢复期男性精神分裂症患者康复效果的影响。方法将100例恢复期男性精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组和对照组各50例。两组在药物治疗和传统护理的基础上，研究组联合生活技能、人际交往技能、学习技能康复训练及健康教育等。观察8w。于训练前后分别采用阴性症状量表、社会功能缺陷筛选量表、日常生活能力量表、护士用住院病人观察量表评定临床效果。结果阴性症状量表评分训练后研究组各因子分及总分均较训练前有显著下降（P〈0．01），且均较对照组下降显著（P〈0．01）；住院病人观察量表评分，训练后研究组社会能力、社会兴趣、个人整洁因子评分显著高于训练前（P〈0．01），而激惹、精神病性、退缩、抑郁因子分显著低于训练前（P〈0．05），且社会能力、社会兴趣、个人整洁、抑郁、退缩改善程度均较对照组显著（P〈0．01）；社会功能缺陷量表、日常生活能力量表评分研究组均较训练前有显著下降（P〈0．01），且社会功能缺陷量表总分、社会性退缩、自身照顾、对环境的兴趣、责任心与计划性、兴奋冲动因子分及日常生活能力量表总分均较对照组下降显著（P〈0．01）。结论社会功能训练能显著提高男性住院精神分裂症患者的康复效果和生活质量。

Effect of social function training on rehabilitation outcome of male hospitalized schizophrenics

Objective To explore the effects of social function training on rehabilitation outcome of hospitalized male schizophrenics.Methods 100 convalescence male schizophrenics were randomly divided into research(n = 50) and control group(n = 50),both groups received pharmacotherapy and traditional nursing,and the former was added life,interpersonal communication,learning skills rehabilitation training and health education,for 8 weeks.Before and after training,clinical effects were assessed with the Scale for Assessment of Negative Symptoms(SANS),the Social Disability Screening Schedule(SDSS),the Activity of Daily Living Scale(ADL) and the Nurses' Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation(NOSIE).Results After training,each factor and total score of the SANS lowered more significantly in the research group compared with pre-training(P<0.01)and than in the control group(P<0.01);according to the NOSIE,scores of social abilities,social interests and individual neatness were significantly higher(P<0.01) and those of irritation,psychotic,withdrawal and depression significantly lower(P<0.05) compared with pre-training,and those of social abilities and inrerests,individual neatness,depression and withdrawal improved more significantly in the research than in the control(P<0.01),after training.Scores of both the SDSS and the ADL lowered more significantly after training in the research group(P<0.01),and those of total SDSS,sociability withdrawal,self-care,interest in environmant,responsibility and plan,excitation and impulsion as well as total ADL did more significantly in the research than in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Social function training can significantly improve the rehabilitation efficacy and life quality of hospitalized male schizophrenics.
