| 摘 要： | 脑动静脉畸形是一种先天性异常血管团,导致颅内出血、癫癎、严重头痛以及进行性神经功能障碍.既往因缺乏理想的脑动静脉畸形模型,治疗策略多建立在临床经验基础上.为进一步提高外科治疗成功率和降低并发症,文章对近年来动静脉畸形模型的建立和应用新进展进行了综述.

| Abstract: | A cerebral arteriovenous malformation is a congenital disorder characterised by an abnormal connection between the arteries and the veins in the brain. It causes intracranial bleeding, seizures, severe headache, and progressive neurological deficits. The therapeutic strategies were usually established on the basis of clinical experiences due to lack of ideal models of arteriovenous malformation in the past .In order to further increase the success rate of surgery and decrease complications, this article reviews the advances in establishment and application of animal models of cerebral arteriovenous malformation in recent years. |
