| 摘 要： | 目的比较在股骨干骨折的治疗中应用旋转臂式自锁髓内钉与带锁髓内钉两种固定方法手术前后部分血液指标的变化。方法回顾性分析本科2002年1月至2008年12月间收治的股骨干骨折采用了髓内钉固定的患者失血量、白细胞（WBC）、血红蛋白（HGB）、红细胞沉降率（ESR）、肌酸激酶（CK）等指标手术前后的变化，其中应用旋转臂式自锁髓内钉固定的32例，应用带锁髓内钉的45例。结果自锁髓内钉组的手术前后失血量、HGB、ESR、CK变化程度明显低于带锁髓内钉组，差异有统计学意义。结论旋转臂式自锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折较带锁髓内钉能减轻手术创伤。
