| 摘 要： | 本文报道了鼻咽癌患者血清中抗Epstein-Barr病毒特异性DNA酶(EBV-DNase)抗体的检测方法,并对影响检测结果的几种因素进行了探讨。用抗酶率来表示抗体滴度可在0.08～0.20UEBV-DNase范围内进行检测,使实验条件容易控制。 作者对149例鼻咽癌患者和70例健康人血清标本的抗酶率进行了测定。结果表明抗EBV-DNase抗体与EA-IgA有显著的相关性。抗酶率与EA-IgA和VCA-IgA滴度的相关系数分别为0.78和0.66。

| Abstract: | A method for detecting antibody against Epstein-Barr Virus Specific DNase (EBV-DNase) in serum of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) patients was presented and several factors affecting the detected results were discussed. The use of anti-enzyme rate as the titre of antibody against EBV-DNase made the detection easily controlled, which could be performed within the range of 0.08-0.20U EBV-DNase.Anti-enzyme rates of sera from 149 NPC patients and 70 healthy donors were determined. Data showed that antibody against EBV-DNase had a striking correlation with EA-IgA. The correlation coefficients of anti-enzyme rate to the litres of EA-IgA and VCA-IgA were 0.78 and 0.66 respectively. |
