| 摘 要： | 目的探讨速效烧伤油的镇痛效果。方法利用热板法、甩尾法、扭体法,观察药物对疼痛的抑制情况。结果速效烧伤油能提高小鼠的热刺激阈、减少大鼠的甩尾次数以及减少小鼠的扭体次数。结论速效烧伤油有较明显镇痛效果。

| Abstract: | Objective The analgesic effect of SuXiaoShaoShangYou was studied.Methods Methods of hot-plate,swinging tail and twisting body were used to study the analgesic effect.Results SuXiaoShaoShangYou improved the pain threshold of mice and inhibited the swinging tails of rats and twisting body response of mice.Conclusion SuXiaoShaoShangYou presents apparent anal- gesic effects. |
