情志护理对抑郁症患者服药依从性及负性情绪的影响

目的探讨情志护理对抑郁症患者服药依从性及负性情绪的影响。方法将88例抑郁症患者随机分为研究组44例和对照组44例。研究组在药物治疗的基础上给予情志护理,对照组单用药物治疗。在入院1周内和4周时对患者的服药依从性进行评估;同时采用自评抑郁量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评定。结果2组患者在入组时SDS、SAS评分对患者进行负性情绪无显著性差异(P>0.05),采用情志护理4周后SDS、SAS评定差异有显著性(P<0.05),研究组服药依从性明显优于对照组,负性情绪的改善明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论情志护理能够提高抑郁症患者服药依从性,改善患者的负性情绪。

Influence of emotional nursing to the compliance of taking medicine and to the negative emotion in depression patients

Objective To discuss the effect of emotional nursing on the compliance of taking medicine and on the negative emotion in depression patients. Methods 88 depression patients were randomly divided into the study group (n=44) and the control group (n=44). The patients of the study group were treated with drugs and emotional nursing, and the patients of the control group were treated only with drugs. The compliance of taking medicine among the patients within the first week of hospitalization and at the fourth week after hospitalization were evaluated, and assessed with Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) and Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS). Results At the beginning of the test, no difference was found in the scores of SDS and SAS in both of the groups (P>0.05). The effect of negative emotion has significance difference between the two groups after four weeks of emotional nursing (P<0.05). The compliance of taking medicine in the study group was much better than that in the control group, and the improvement of negative emotion was superior to that in the control group. Conclusions Emotional nursing can improve the compliance of taking medicine and ameliorate the negative emotion.
