摘    要:本文报道了用荧光染料HOECHST 33258核染色,检查细胞培养物中支原体污染的方法,并将荧光法与电镜及常规培养法进行了比较。荧光法与电镜法的结果基本一致,但荧光法简便、快速、结果可靠、又经济,适用于常规实验室检查细胞培养物中支原体污染用。

Abstract:In this paper, the authors reported a procedure for detection of mycoplasma contamination in culture with fluorescent HOECHST 33258 stain, The results were compared with those by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and routine culture methods. It was found that fluorescent stain (H stain) was consistent with TEM. The findings suggested that the method is simple, fast, economical and reproducible and it is of great use for detection of mycoplasma contamination in cell cultures.
