| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨小梁切除术后早期眼球按摩对眼压的近、远期控制及功能性滤过泡形成的影响.方法:将小梁切除术后的青光眼患者30例(38眼)随机分为按摩组和非按摩组,按摩组行小梁切除术后早期予眼球按摩,非按摩组术后不做按摩.结果:按摩组近、远期眼压控制及功能性滤过泡的形成均显著优于非按摩组(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).结论:小梁切除术后早期眼球按摩对近、远期眼压控制与功能性滤过泡形成起到十分重要的作用.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effect of earlier eyeball massage in intra-ocular pressure control and the formation of functional filter-bubble in the short and long-terms.Methods:30 glaucoma patients(38 eyes)after trabeculectomy were divided randomly into the massage group and the control group.The massage group was given earlier eyeball massage after trabeculectomy whereas the control group was not.Results:Intra-ocular pressure control and the formation of functional filter-bubble in the short and long-terms in the massage group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:Earlier eyeball massage after trabeculectomy is a significant factor in controlling intra-ocular pressure and forming filter-bleb. |
