因院内感染引起的一起SARS聚集性发病的案例调查

目的探讨SARS病人在人群中的传播途径，确定其感染的可能方式。方法收集2003年1-2月该院SARS病例资料，采用现场流行病学调查、SARS—IgG血清学检测和回顾性调查方法。结果无论是医务人员，还是非传染病病人和健康人群，近距离接触传染性非典型肺炎病人后都存在着被感染的机会。结论SARS病毒具有传染性极高、传播速度极快等特点，传播因素最大的可能是飞沫。

An Investigation for A Clustering Outbreak of SARS Caused by A Case of Infection in the Hospital

Objective To investigate the transmitting routes of SARS and the possible cause of infection. Methods Cases of SARS patients in this hospital from Jan to Feb, 2003 were studied. The patients were investigated by on spot epidemic methods and the serum samples were collected and detected for the anti SARS IgG antibody.Result No matter the medical staff,non SARS patients or healthy population, there was always a high risk of infection when closely contact with the SARS patients.Conclusions The SARS virus had the characters of high infectivity and high transmitting speed. The SARS virus was most likely spread by droplet transmission.
