品管圈活动在改进医用护理耗材采购和管理流程中的应用

摘    要:目的]通过品管圈活动,探索以临床需求为导向的医用护理耗材采购和管理模式;为护理耗材的采购达到优质、高效、实用、价格合理提供指导,并保障其临床使用的规范性和同质性,提高护理质量。方法]成立“品管圈”组织,对医院医用护理耗材采购和管理中存在的问题进行原因分析,制订相应的整改措施并组织实施,再造管理流程。结果]品管圈活动开展后,新引进护理耗材的临床试用率达100.00%,护理耗材闲置率下降5.31%,退换货率下降9.10%;护理耗材不良品的上报率和整改后的反馈率均达100.00%,2 h内召回率上升了82.12%。结论]通过“品管圈”活动建立起医用护理耗材从采购、仓储到临床使用之间管理和沟通的桥梁;规范了医用护理耗材的引进和临床使用行为,缩减了成本支出,提高了团队成员协助开展质量改进项目的能力。

Application of quality management circle activity in improving procurement and management process of medical care suppl ies

Abstract:Objective:Through the Quality Control Circle(QCC)activities to explore the clinical demand oriented procurement and management mode of medical care supplies,so as to provide guidance for nursing supplies procurement getting high quality,efficient,practical,reasonable price,and ensure the normative and homogeneity of its clinical use and improve the quality of nursing.Methods:The “quality control circle”organization was established,and to analyze the causes of the existing problems in procurement and management of hospital medical care supplies.Then to formulate rectification measures and implement,remaking management process.Results:After the quality control circle activities,the clinical trial rate of new introduction of nursing supplies was up to 100.00%.Idle rate of nursing supplies decreased by 5.31%.The return rate decreased by 9.10%.The reporting rate of defective products and the feedback rate after the rectification reached 100.00%.The rate of recall in 2 h increased by 82.12%.Conclusion:“QCC”activities have established the bridge of management and communication from procurement,warehousing to clinical use of medical care supplies.And it has regulated the introduction and clinical use of medical care supplies,reduced costs,improved the ability of team members to assist to develop quality improvement proj ect.
