聚焦解决模式在产前焦虑孕妇心理护理中的运用

目的]探讨聚焦解决模式在产前焦虑孕妇心理护理中的应用效果。方法]选择焦虑评分≥50分的孕妇80例，随机分为对照组和观察组各40例，对照组实施常规心理护理，观察组实施以聚焦解决模式为依据的心理护理。结果]干预后，观察组孕妇焦虑评分显著低于干预前（P＆lt;0.01）；并低于对照组（P＆lt;0.01）；两组孕妇在分娩方式、产后出血量、新生儿评分、疼痛感受及泌乳初始时间等方面比较差异均有统计学意义（P＆lt;0.01）。结论]以聚焦解决模式为基础的心理护理能够为初产妇提供很好的心理支持，明显减轻焦虑，改善分娩结局。

Appl ication of solution focused approach in mental nursing of pregnant women with antenatal anxiety

Obj ective：To probe into the application effect of solution fo-cused approach in mental nursing of pregnant women with antenatal anxie-ty.Methods：A total of 80 pregnant women with anxiety score more than 50 were randomly divided into observation and control group,40 cases each.The pregnant women in control group received routine mental nurs-ing,while pregnant women in observation group received routine mental nursing based on solution focused approach.Results：After intervention, pregnant anxiety score in observation group was significantly lower than that before intervention （P＆lt;0.01）,and lower than that of control group （P＆lt;0.01）.There were statistically significant differences in mode of de-livery,postpartum bleeding,neonatal Apgar score,pain and the initial time of lactation between two groups （P＆lt;0.01 ）.Conclusion：Mental nursing based on the solution focused approach can provide good psychological support for primipara,reduce anxiety significantly and improve birth out-comes.
