| 摘 要： | 本文对正常80人采用上下唇表面电刺激记录了三叉神经诱发电位。记录电极安放在C_5’/C_6’(10～20系统Cz至外耳孔的中间点),参考电极安放在Fz点,刺激强度为感觉阈的3～4倍。其结果:刺激上唇在C_5’/C_6’点可记录到P_3、N_9、P_(20)、N_(25)、P_(35)、N_(45)各波,刺激下唇时在C_5’/C_6’,可记录到N_3、P_9、N_(13)、P_(20)、N_(25)、P_(35)、N_(45)各波。其记录方法简单,准确,易使被检者接受并在临床应用。

| Abstract: | Somatosensory evoked potentials following surface electric stimulation of the upper and lower lips were studied.The recording electrode was placed on the C'5/C'6 point (according to system 10 ~20,Cz placed on the median of external auditory meatus),reference electrode was placedd on the Fz point.The stimulative intensity was 3~4 times over that of sensory threshold.The result showed that P3,N9,P20,N25,P35,and N45 could be detected on the C'5/C'6 point when stimulating the upper lip and N3,P9,N13,P20,N25,P35 and N45 when the lower lip was stimulated.The relative problems were discussed. |
